From sustainable retail outlets to healthcare facilities and modern residential developments, we bring innovative, tailored solutions to each project, ensuring optimal performance and long-term value.

CENTRA PORTMARNOCK

This project involved the complete shell and core fitout of a ground-floor retail unit within a multi-storey residential block. Acting as Mechanical and Electrical Building Services design consultants, we delivered a modern and energy efficient retail space tailored to meet operational requirements and sustainability goals.

GRIFFITH COLLEGE CORK

This project involved the extensive refurbishment, renovation, and fitout of a former convent building, a protected structure, into modern classrooms spanning three floors. Acting as Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Design Consultants careful attention was given to preserving the architectural heritage of the building while incorporating contemporary design and functionality to meet the educational needs of the college.

KILLARNEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE

This project comprises of an extension to the existing Community College comprising of 2No Class Bases, 2No withdrawal room, Multi-sensory room, family room, Para Education Room, Resource Room, Toilets, ancillary rooms.

COBH CATHEDRAL

For this project the brief was to establish a new heating solution for the building and this involved a full thermal model of the building using state-of-the-art software and in tandem with this data logger probes were mounted in strategic locations to allow actual data to be utilised in formulising the results.
