This project involved the complete shell and core fitout of a ground-floor retail unit within a multi-storey residential block. Acting as Mechanical and Electrical Building Services design consultants, we delivered a modern and energy efficient retail space tailored to meet operational requirements and sustainability goals. Our work included designing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and electrical systems such as power distribution, advanced lighting, and emergency infrastructure, all focused on safety, efficiency, and user comfort. We ensured seamless integration with existing utility services and incorporated energy-efficient solutions to align with green building standards and building regulations This project provides an enhanced shopping experience for the Portmarnock community.
