This project involved the extensive refurbishment, renovation, and fitout of a former convent building, a protected structure, into modern classrooms spanning three floors. Acting as Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Design Consultants careful attention was given to preserving the architectural heritage of the building while incorporating contemporary design and functionality to meet the educational needs of the college. As part of this transformation, state-of-the-art systems were installed to ensure comfort, accessibility, and compliance with modern standards, all while respecting the historical integrity of the structure. This project highlights a harmonious blend of conservation and innovation, providing an inspiring and functional learning environment within a historically significant building.
