This project comprises of an extension to the existing Community College comprising of 2No Class Bases, 2No withdrawal room, Multi-sensory room, family room, Para Education Room, Resource Room, Toilets, ancillary rooms. Acting as Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Design Consultants, we delivered a modern and energy efficient educational facility tailored to meet operational requirements and sustainability goals. Our work included designing heating, ventilation and electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting, and emergency infrastructure, all focused on safety, efficiency, and user comfort. The rooms were designed in accordance with the department of education requirements and the building regulations, and all building systems were interfaced into the existing building systems. As part of these works, state-of-the-art systems were installed to ensure comfort, accessibility, and compliance with modern standards.
