The TELUS Digital Ireland project involved the comprehensive fitout of key facilities including a reception area, recruitment centre, lockers, and a training centre. As Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) design consultants, TEM was responsible for the full design and implementation of critical systems such as specialist lighting, access control, security, water services, ventilation, air conditioning, LPHW heating systems, soil and waste management, fire alarms, audio-visual infrastructure, LV distribution, and data systems. Our role extended beyond design, encompassing the preparation of tender documentation, detailed drawings, tender assessments, and value engineering to ensure cost efficiency and project optimization. Additionally, we oversaw site supervision, stage payment certifications, snagging, and the final account agreement, culminating in project certification. This project delivered a fully equipped and highly functional environment that met the operational and technological needs of TELUS Digital Ireland.
