Luiza leads the Sustainability Department at TEM Engineering and Management bringing her 10 years of construction industry experience to the forefront of sustainable design and building practices. With a strong foundation in Sustainability, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Project Management she possesses a deep understanding of sustainable building principles, including energy efficiency, water conservation, renewable energy integration, and life-cycle assessments.
She has successfully implemented sustainable strategies across a diverse range of projects, including Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Leisure, Public Sector Their expertise spans various sectors.
Luiza is passionate about driving innovation in sustainable building practices and minimizing the environmental impact of the built environment. She is a strong advocate for Irish Regulations particularly Part L, Building Energy Ratings, Thermal Modelling and building information modelling for sustainability and emerging innovative technologies.
She is actively engaged in industry best practices, and she contributes to the advancement of sustainable building through her diligent approach in formalising unique design solutions.
Luiza is a Graduate of Southeast Technological University with a Masters in Sustainable Engineering and is a Member of Engineers Ireland, a BER Assessor, DEC Assessor and SEAI Technical Advisor.
