Tony O’Connor

Tony is a vastly experienced self-starting, respected Director and Head of Building Services at TEM Engineering and Management bringing over 30 years of expertise in the construction industry to the role. With a strong foundation in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Sustainability, Project Management he possesses a deep understanding of all facets of the construction process, from initial concept and design to project completion and beyond.

Throughout his career, Tony has successfully led and delivered a wide range of complex projects. His expertise spans various sectors, including Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Defence, Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Leisure, Public Sector and Site Development.

He is a recognized leader in the industry, known for his client-focused approach, innovative approach, problem-solving skills, commitment to quality and safety. Tony is a strong advocate for sustainable practices, technological advancements, and professional development.

Tony is a Graduate of Munster Technological University with an Bachelor’s of Science (Honours) Degree in Electrical Power Systems and is a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland, the Institution of Engineering & Technology and actively contributes to the advancement of the engineering profession volunteering for the Institution of Engineering and Technology as a Assessor and Interviewer.
